Isaac Nevins is a drummer born, raised, and drumming in NYC. Isaac has performed live with Questa, Sedgwick, Julia Davo, ArielEliza, Sour Crush, Cartoon Role Model, and BOSS on some of New York's most iconic stages, including The Mercury Lounge, The Bowery Electric, Berlin (2A), Rockwood Music Hall, Drom, Brooklyn Music Kitchen, Heaven Can Wait, The Slipper Room, and New York's legendary Bitter End. Isaac is a versatile drummer with extensive experience playing a variety of genres, both live and in-studio recording projects.

Isaac began drumming when he was a toddler and was inspired to play the drum kit after watching his father and uncle play their drum kits. As a drum student, Isaac studied in Berklee College of Music's Summer program, studied with jazz great Tony Tedesco, and with Jackie Santos (Tavares). In addition to Tony and Jackie, Isaac counts Will Calhoun (Living Colour), Dave Grohl (Nirvana), Tres Cool (Green Day), and John Bonham among his influences.

 

In addition to various live and studio projects, Isaac is a composer and member of ASCAP.
